The Polarblocks Newsletter is a short email that is sent whenever one of our published figures changes. No discount calendar, no scarcity emails, no calls to action.
What we send
We constantly publish calculations on the blog: electricity costs per year, block chances, expected values, efficiency in Joules per Terahash. These figures become outdated. The network difficulty is reset every two weeks, the Bitcoin price moves daily, electricity prices change with the tariff.
If one of these figures has changed so much that our published statements are no longer accurate, we will write to you. With the new figure, the calculation method, and an indication of which article has been corrected.
What we don't send
- No discount promotions and no artificial countdown timers
- No price forecasts. We don't know what Bitcoin will cost next year, and neither does anyone else
- No sharing of your address with third parties
- No unsolicited emails. In some months, we don't write at all
How often?
One to two emails per month, depending on how much has changed. After each difficulty retarget, we check our figures, but we only write if it actually results in a correction.

Polarblocks is a German retailer and manufacturer of Bitaxe Home Solo Miners. We sell the devices we write about. That's why we openly disclose the calculation method in every article and visibly correct figures when they are outdated. Registration is currently done manually via the contact form; we are still building an automated signup mechanism.
